   All content, features, and functionality on asign.live are the exclusive property of asign.live and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the platform without prior written consent from us.

5. Certificate Sharing and Management:
   You acknowledge that asign.live is a platform for sharing and managing iOS certificates and that asign.live does not control the validity or security of the certificates shared through the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your certificates are used in compliance with Apple’s terms and conditions.

6. Prohibited Activities:
   You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

   • Impersonating another person or entity.
   • Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality or security.
   • Violating any laws or regulations applicable to your use of the platform.
   • Distributing harmful content or malware through the platform.

7. Privacy and Data Protection:
   Your use of asign.live is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability:
   asign.live makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, including but not limited to, data loss, certificate issues, or app rejections.

9. Indemnification:
   You agree to indemnify and hold asign.live harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or any violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Termination:
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to asign.live at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, violations of these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law:
    These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which asign.live operates. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
